Sorry, we have been unable to log you onto the CIPFA Learning Centre. This could be for one of the following reasons:
- You have forgotten your username and/or password. Please submit your email address to receive a reminder.
- Your email address does not correspond with the email currently held for you on our membership database:
- If you have previously registered to use the CLC you should:
- Log into ‘My Membership’ using the email address you registered for the CLC with,
- Click on 'My Membership' in the top navigation,
- Click on 'Communications' in the left hand navigation,
- Either edit one of the existing email addresses by clicking on it or click on 'Add New' to add a new address.
- Please choose which email address you wish to use as your CLC username by indicating which is your “Main” email address.
- Stay logged on if you want to use any other password protected areas of the CLC. If you log out of your account you will have to wait until the next day to re-access your account once the systems have updated.
- If you have not previously registered to the use the CLC please email: learningcentre@cipfa.org.uk and provide details of your current email address.
- Your CIPFA membership has lapsed. Contact CIPFA’s Membership section on 020 7543 5665 or email: membership@cipfa.org.uk
Members
Members should be able to access the following password protected areas of the CLC
- My CPD including the *goodpractice leadership and management materials
- Shared CPD;
- My Membership
Only members that are registered for Practice Assurance will be able to access the Practice Assurance page within My Membership
Students
Students with access to the Student Learning Centre (SLC) have read only access to the Personal and Employer Details pages within the CLC My Membership. Any changes should be made via the Student Learning Centre.
Those studying another CIPFA qualification other than the Professional Qualification should have access to My Membership. Students do not have access to My CPD and Shared CPD.
