Having trouble logging in
If you're having trouble logging in, it could be for one of the following
reasons:
- You have forgotten your username and/or password. Please
submit your email address to receive a reminder.
- Your email address does not correspond with the email currently held for
you on our membership database. You will need to log into My Membership with
the same email address you registered for the CLC with. If you want to add a
new email address;
- Log into ‘My Membership’ using the email address you registered for the
CLC with,
- click on 'My Membership' in the top navigation,
- click on 'Communications' in the left hand navigation,
- either edit one of the existing email addresses by clicking on it or click
on 'Add New' to add a new address.
You can choose which email you want to be your main email for the CLC. When
you've done this, our database will automatically update. You will have to log
in using the email address you have chosen as your 'Main Email'.
